You can buy a new home from us or a second hand caravan from an existing occupier. About New Homes.
At Oaklands park we have a selection of new plots available on our new development. These plots can accommodate a new home that we have in stock or we can order a new home of your choice. Prices of new homes include transport, delivery, siting, connection to services ( including piped gas), skirting storage unit and parking bay. The quoted price is the turn key price.

Please see our separate price list for details of homes currently available. We would also be pleased to quote for any new Caravan Holiday Home of your choice.
